Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Gospel Campus (“Gospel Campus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a cloud platform and companion mobile apps that help Bible colleges, seminaries, and Christian training institutions run their academics — including students, programs, courses, grades, lessons, assignments, attendance, and institutional communication. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our web dashboard, and our iOS and Android apps (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the Services:

  • Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account and to sign you in.
  • Photos— images you choose to upload, such as a profile picture or a student’s photo for records and ID cards.
  • Content you create— the records and materials you enter into the Services, such as programs, courses, lessons, assignments, grades, attendance, and messages sent between an institution and its members. Some records an administrator enters may include contact details of the institution’s own students or staff.
  • Account identifiers — a user ID that lets us associate your data with your account.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, we do not collect an advertising identifier, and we do nottrack you across other companies’ apps or websites.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the Services and your account.
  • To store and display the academic and institutional records you create.
  • To enable communication between an institution and its members.
  • To respond to your requests and provide support.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How information is stored and shared

The Services are built on Google Firebase (authentication, database, and file storage). Google processes and stores data on our behalf as our service provider under its own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your personal information with other third parties except:

  • with service providers that operate the Services for us;
  • within your own institution — for example, an administrator or faculty member of your college can see the records associated with that college;
  • when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users.

AI features

Some institutions may enable AI-assisted drafting for lessons and assignments using their ownAPI key from a provider they choose (such as OpenAI or Google). When that feature is used, the relevant text is sent to that provider to generate a response. Each institution is responsible for its own key and its chosen provider’s terms.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or your institution’s account is active, or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described below; some information may be retained where required by law.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our infrastructure provider’s security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Children’s privacy

Gospel Campus is intended for use by colleges, seminaries, and their administrators, faculty, and adult students, and is not directed to children under 13. Where an institution uses the Services with younger students, the institution is responsible for obtaining any parental consent required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without such authorization.

Your choices and rights

You may access or update your account information from within the app. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, or to delete your account, contact us at support@gospelcampus.com. If your data is managed by your institution, we may direct your request to that institution’s administrator.

International users

The Services are operated using infrastructure that may store and process data in other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
