This page explains how to request deletion of your Gospel Campus account and the personal data associated with it. Gospel Campus is a platform for Bible colleges, seminaries, and Christian training institutions, and their administrators, faculty, and students.
Delete your account in the app (instant)
You can permanently delete your account yourself, from inside the Gospel Campus mobile app — no email or waiting required:
- Sign in to the Gospel Campus app.
- Open your Profile (tap your photo in the top bar, or the Profile tab).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account.”
- Confirm twice. Your account, sign-in credentials, and personal data are permanently deleted immediately.
Or request deletion by email
If you prefer, or no longer have the app installed, you can ask us to do it:
- Send an email from the address on your account to support@gospelcampus.com with the subject line “Delete my account.”
- In the message, include the name and email address you use to sign in, so we can locate your account.
- We will verify the request and delete your account, confirming by email once it is complete. Requests are normally actioned within 30 days.
If you are a member of an institution (for example, a student or faculty member of a college that uses Gospel Campus), some of your records may be owned and controlled by that institution. In that case we may direct your request to your institution’s administrator, who manages those records.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data tied to your account:
- your name and email address;
- your profile photo and any photos you uploaded;
- your account identifier (user ID) and sign-in credentials;
- the personal content you created that is associated with your account, subject to the exceptions below.
What data may be kept, and for how long
We may retain limited information where we are required or permitted to by law — for example, records needed to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes. Such information is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and is then deleted. Where records belong to an institution (such as official academic records a college is required to maintain), those records remain under the institution’s control and its own retention rules.
